Florence Rigby-Bell (Nutritionist)

  • Co-Founder & Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr)

    With over 6 years’ experience working as a health coach and nutritionist, I am passionate about helping individuals build a healthy relationship with food while making sustainable, nourishing choices that support their overall well-being.

    My approach is rooted in both science and compassion, focusing on the intricate connection between nutrition, the nervous system, and the endocrine system. My practice is deeply influenced by my own personal health journey and my genuine love of food. After struggling with anxiety, stress induced IBS and depression, I decided to deepen my knowledge and understanding around diet and food behaviour.

    I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (CNHC, BANT) and will be starting my Dietetics Masters next year to further enhance the support I can provide my clients. For the past 1.5 years I have worked in the NHS eating disorders services, which has deepened my understanding of the complexities between food, body image, and emotional well-being.

    Alongside Julia at The Nutrition Collaborative, my aim is to empower my clients with the knowledge and confidence to make choices that align with their unique needs and lifestyle. Julia Monteiro (Nutritionist)

  • Co-Founder & Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and Trainee Dietitian

    I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr, AfN) with a deep passion for helping individuals build a positive, sustainable relationship with food. With a BSc in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University, where I specialised in the psychology of food, intuitive eating, sustainable nutrition, and sports nutrition, I combine science with compassion to support my clients in achieving their health goals.

    With seven years of experience in the NHS, working in eating disorders (both inpatient and community settings) and mental health, I have developed a profound understanding of the intricate connection between nutrition, behaviour, and well-being. Now, alongside my NHS work, I have expanded into private practice, specialising in sports nutrition, weight management, and evidence-based strategies for long-term health.

    Currently pursuing an MSc in Dietetics and Leadership, I stay at the forefront of nutrition science, ensuring my clients receive expert, up-to-date guidance. My approach is practical, non-restrictive, and tailored to the individual—whether you're an athlete looking to optimise performance, someone navigating weight management, or simply seeking a healthier relationship with food.
