  • Work directly with a nutritionist or dietitian to receive personalised diet advice and support that helps you build sustainable habits that fit your health goals and lifestyle. We offer initial consultations and review consultations:

    The Initial Consultation Includes:

    • 60 minute virtual consultation

    • Nutrition analysis using expert software

    • Deep dive into your eating habits, lifestyle and goals. We review your health questionnaire and food diaries, and explore any barriers to change. We consider all aspects of health and lifestyle, including sleep, stress, exercise, etc.

    • Complete report - You will receive a detailed summary of our consult, your personalised nutrition plan and your goals.

    • Virtual support - you can reach out via WhatsApp for advice or support.

    The Review Consultation Includes:

    • One 30-minute consultation session

    • Personal progress check-in and feedback to keep you on track

    • Review any adjustments needed to optimise your nutrition plan

    • Summary email including recommendations, advice, and helpful resources

  • A 12-Week long package including regular check-ins, personalised plan and ongoing support. This is ideal for weight management, gut-related issues, and disordered eating.

    • 12-Weeks of support from the date of initial consultation

    • x1 60 minute initial consultation

    • x3 30 minute review appointments

    • In depth assessment of your nutritional needs, goal setting and receive your complete report and personalised nutrition plan.

    • Virtual Support - Access to app based tracking with WhatsApp or email support from your nutritionist or dietitian in-between appointments

  • This depends on your goals, how long it might take to achieve them, and the level of support you’re looking for. Some people benefit from a one-off consultation, some need a follow up, others need weekly/daily support for a few months.

    The best way to find out, is to book a free discovery call so we can chat about your needs and decide what plan works best for you.

  • In our experience, clients follow a meal plan for a week or two, but long term, people ditch them. We have found they don’t allow for flexibility.

    Instead of creating rigid meal plans, we go over your detailed nutrition analysis and empower you to create plans with balanced meals and food choices that you can stick to long-term. We believe this fosters lasting, sustainable habits.

    We also provide lots of tasty and satisfying recipes for meals and snacks to support you in reaching your goals.

  • In our experience, one-off consultations don’t give us enough time to offer the best support without missing important details. It's important to follow up on your progress and make sure that you are happy with your nutrition and health plan and there wasn’t anything we missed.
