60 minute virtual consultation
Nutrition analysis using expert software
Deep dive into your eating habits, lifestyle and goals. We review your health questionnaire and food diaries, and explore any barriers to change. We consider all aspects of health and lifestyle, including sleep, stress, exercise, etc.
Complete report - You will receive a detailed summary of our consult, your personalised nutrition plan and your goals.
Virtual support - you can reach out via WhatsApp for advice or support.
The Review Consultation Includes:
One 30-minute consultation session
Personal progress check-in and feedback to keep you on track
Review any adjustments needed to optimise your nutrition plan
Summary email including recommendations, advice, and helpful resources

In our experience, clients follow a meal plan for a week or two, but long term, people ditch them. We have found they don’t allow for flexibility.
Instead of creating rigid meal plans, we go over your detailed nutrition analysis and empower you to create plans with balanced meals and food choices that you can stick to long-term. We believe this fosters lasting, sustainable habits.
We also provide lots of tasty and satisfying recipes for meals and snacks to support you in reaching your goals.

In our experience, one-off consultations don’t give us enough time to offer the best support without missing important details. It's important to follow up on your progress and make sure that you are happy with your nutrition and health plan and there wasn’t anything we missed.
