The Team
Florence
Co-founder, nutritionist With over 6 years’ experience working as a health coach and nutritionist, I am passionate about helping individuals build a healthy relationship with food while making sustainable, nourishing choices that support their overall well-being.
My approach is rooted in both science and compassion, focusing on the intricate connection between nutrition, the nervous system, and the endocrine system. My own personal health journey as a mum, and someone who has struggled with anxiety, stress induced IBS and depression, have deeply influenced my practice.
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (CNHC, BANT) and I am currently studying towards a Dietetics MSc to further enhance the support I can provide my clients. For the past 1.5 years I have worked in the NHS eating disorders services, which has deepened my understanding of the complexities between food, body image, and emotional well-being.
Alongside Julia at The Nutrition Collaborative, my aim is to empower my clients with the knowledge and confidence to make choices that align with their unique needs and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, balance hormones, or develop mindful eating habits, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Let’s work together to create a foundation of health that feels sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with your goals!
Co-founder, nutritionist & dietitian Julia
I am a HCPC and BDA Registered Dietitian, and AfN Registered Associate Nutritionist with a deep passion for helping individuals build a positive, sustainable relationship with food. I combine science with compassion to support my clients in achieving their health goals.
With eight years of experience in the NHS, working in eating disorders (both inpatient and community settings) and mental health, I have developed a profound understanding of the intricate connection between nutrition, behaviour, and well-being. Now, alongside my NHS work, I have expanded into private practice, specialising in overall health, weight management, disordered eating and evidence-based strategies for long-term health.
My approach is practical, non-restrictive, and tailored to the individual-whether you're an athlete looking to optimise performance, someone navigating weight management, or simply seeking a healthier relationship with food.
I believe that nutrition should empower, not restrict. With me, you won’t find rigid meal plans or generic advice-instead, you’ll find a trusted partner who listens, understands, and collaborates with you to create a personalised, sustainable roadmap to feeling your best.
